Quartz’s popularity has been on the rise in recent years. The reason for that is that quartz can be a great substitution for natural stones, which are more expensive. Using quartz for your work surfaces will bring to your bathroom durability and ease of maintenance.  Quartz will need routine cleaning with a safe cleaning product, but nothing too time consuming or out of the ordinary. So, if cleaning is not your thing, or you don’t want to deal with sealing regularly, go with quartz for your countertops.

Quartz is a non-porous material that does not require a sealant to protect the surface against dirt, moisture or germs. The polymers used to manufacture quartz make the surfaces extremely sturdy and durable.  However, quartz countertops should not be scraped with metal tools. When you're cutting food, use a cutting board rather than cutting or slicing directly onto a quartz surface. Quartz, on the other hand, is not porous and will not absorb spills, so you won’t need to apply a sealant. Quartz countertops, as we mentioned already, are non-porous surfaces built with an antimicrobial layer, making them highly resistant to bacteria. That means you can ditch the antibacterial spray when it comes to cleaning your countertops. For liquids that have been placed on the surface for a long time, we only need to use clean with water or a professional cleaner.

 The Production Process:

1. The process begins with a strict inspection of raw materials.

2. The natural quartz raw material and polymer resins and inorganic pigments are put into the mixers and mix together.

3. After mixing, pour them into a mold and form them into slab size.

4. Pressing: Then the slab is compacted by a special vacuum and vibration process at pressure machine.

5. Then the slab is moved to the curing kiln and heated for a period time to make their final strenth and srurdiness.

6. Cut edges, flat , thicknessing and polishing surface to perfect finished.

7.  Finally, through quality inspection and plastic film packaging
